How much P1 is really necessary?

Hi All,
I'm back again. I started SB last Aug and lost 21 lbs. I had a surgery and "kinda" re-routed my diet for awhile (about a month). Nothing bad, just not as to the grindstone as I would like to be. No major binges.
So I am up a few pounds and want to get back into routine. I dont feel as though I really need to full fledge go back to P1 but need to tighten up..If I am already adapted to SB life do you think a couple of days on P1 will get rid of the cravings..(they arent all that bad to begin with..I just want Dove chocolate every now and then)

I suggest you do P1 just for few days to get cravings in check and then go to P2.

Wanting a Dove chocolate every now and then sounds like a normal yen, not what they mean by cravings (unless "now and then" means every hour or something). Just tighten up your p2.

I was on phase 1 for just 3 days. I'm not over-weight and after those three days have only 11 pounds to lose, so I switched to phase 2. Phase 1 made me really nauseous and weak, so that was enough for me.

I'm now on phase 2 and still losing weight but less rapidly. I'm sure it's okay for you to start directly on phase 2.
