| I keep reading suggestions to add 1 fruit OR 1 starch the 1st week into ph2. I have been adding 1 of either/or each day. If I plan a fruit, I don't plan a starch. If I plan a starch, I don't plan a fruit. That seems to work for me. For week 2, I will plan a starch & fruit each day, or maybe 2 starch & no fruit, or 2 fruit & no starch. That's what I like about the SB eating plan, it is very flexible. I hope I'm not misinterpreting anything. |
