Does anyone have a recipe for creamed spinach?
I'm addicted to the frozen version of creamed spinach. It's so good. It's as much of a treat as ice cream used to be, but it's a vegetable. But it would be better to make it from scratch, if I knew how. |

| in the link I posted above - I tried the spinach and mushrooms with grilled steak, roasted asparagus, and salad - it was SO GOOD! definitely a do-over, unfortunately, there was none left for lunch today! I would give the spinach a rough chop rather than use the whole leaves. |

| I thought we couldn't have the campbells cream soup. There are several casseroles I want to make but they call for cream of _________soup. Can we have them? :o |

the 98% fat free, in phase 2 once in a while is not going to be a problem. |
