When recipes call for 1/2 teaspoon, etc. Do you measure out the liquid spray? This is my second time on SB and my first time I used the solid stuff since I saw it in so many recipes.

Actually I think the spray was taken off the most recent "allowed" lists for SB.
My suggestion is if you have the liquid stuff, go ahead and use it to spray lightly (on veggies and things). In recipes, I would use smart balance or a similar solid margarine made with good fats. The solid ICBINB has bad fats and should not be used at all. |

it was taken off the list but any trans fat free spray was added
i'd use solid trans fat free spread/marg. for anything other than a spray on veggies or bread or the like... |
