For the Pam Spray .. I would say just use enough to cover your skillet or whatever ... as far as the olives good .. I think the daily allowance is 10 whole olives (green or black) in brine .. not in oil.

***Very close.. actually 15 and they count as 1/2 Tbs. of your "good" fats for that meal. |

take a look at any baking sheets [worst] that you have used pam on...that sticky ugly residue - YUCK - better to leave that stuff at the store and buy a mister to use with olive oil or canola oil - i know - it has nothing to do with SBD but that chemical in a can that people can't seem to live without bugs me for some reason!!!

I don't have any problem with my baking/cooking dishes when I use cooking spray and I have been using them since they came to the market back in the 70s!

I don't like them - I can feel the residue on my pans, I swear its what ruined my thermalon/green pans....and I figure anything that doubles as nail polish dryer can't be good!!! just me tho - I still drink splenda and lots of people go off about that one!! I know a lot of people don't realize you can use pure oil with the same result if you have that little sprayer
