| I am a regular at baseball games. We tailgate every Sunday. Normally this won't be a problem as we grill and I can eat the burger with no bun, etc. but today we don't have time to grill. Everyone is bringing subs. Any suggestions on what I can bring without bringing a whole lot of attention to myself....meaning no salads or obvious turkey roll ups???? |

Depends .. are you on Phase 1 or Phase 2?
If you're on phase 2, you can easily make a wholegrain sandwich filled with lettuce, tomato slices, turkey breast, little dash'o'mayo, and basically anything else you like!
Or a ww tortilla wrap? |

| Sub places - at least the national chains - often also sell soups or salads so you wouldn't stick out too much if you brought one of those. One possibility is getting a salad from some place like Subway. They have a lot of good P1 choices. Another possibility is bringing a container of warm chili, if that's practical for you. But instead of getting your chili from a restaurant, I'd suggest bringing your own, so you know what's in it. If you think bringing chili in your own container would work, that would be a good choice. |
