I'm putting these pictures up to motivate myself. I've been on the beach for about 8 weeks and have definitely lost 20lb, which is more than I've ever lost on a diet before!
So here's me at the beginning of the year, I don't know exactly how much I weighed, but it was around 290-300.
(I'm the fat one. The other girl is my best friend.)
And here's me now, at just under 270.
I know it's relatively small loss in terms of other people here, but I'm proud of my achievements and I look forward to posting more pictures of my progress on here. |
