What are your thoughts on the South Beach frozen dinners? I know they are "south beach approved" but isn't a big piece of the diet focused on whole foods vs processed foods.
The convenience would be nice and the pizzas might help hold off the cravings for real pizza but I'm skeptical if they really belong on the program. |

Personally I didn't like very many of the dinners. But I love the pepperoni pizza.
I keep a few around for those crazy cravings for pizza or the nights that I work two or three hours overtime and don't really have a lot of time to cook.
As long as they are far and inbetween I think they are fine. |

| You are better off without them. The program existed for awhile before Dr. A got in bed with Kraft. The general concensus is they are OK in an emergency situation, but really shouldn't be a regular part of your diet. And you still need a lot more veggies to make it a meal, so they aren't intended to be a complete meal by themselves either. |
