Hello!

Today is my first day of Phase 1. I have a wedding to attend in two weeks from today, so I figured my starting date was a good one, because I am desperate to fit into my dress!!!!

My dress is made to fit super tight, LOL. My ultimate goal is to lose about 10 pounds, but my immediate goal is to just look good in this dress. I don't expect to lose much weight in 2 weeks, but I do want to lose a couple pounds, and look and feel leaner. I'm normally pretty good with working out, and I know how to make smart meal choices. But my obstacles are portion control, and alcohol. I like to drink wine almost every night, so that will be a huge hurdle for me.

So far today I had tofu and broccoli wih a little bit of olive oil. Hopefully I will stick to this! Usually if I cut out complex carbs I drop weight pretty fast, so I'm hoping Phase 1 will do the trick! Wish me luck!

Goodluck! Remember that skipping meals would do no good ... people report a steadier weightloss when they follow breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner ;-)
