Constipation!!!

Had a bit of stress over the weekend to say the least, now not "going" the way i was before the weekend! I have been eating at least 2 cups of veggies for lunch and supper plus having beans 2 times a day, but still :roll:

What to do :?:

Thanks in advance, any suggestions more then appreciated too!

miralax!!!!!!!!!! it's an over-the-coutner powder that you mix into your drinks---i find it best when i put it in a cup of tea. Anyways, have it once a day for a few days and it's gauranteed to help. I had the same problem on south beach last year---to the point tha ti had to stop phase 1 3 days early just to start eating fruit. Luckily, i haven't had to deal wiht that yet this time, but i'm only just finishing my first week. But yeah, miralax is definitely the best

Get some of the sf metamucil. I buy the equate brand from walmart for cheap and it's sf and orange flavored and it tastes great! I can tell you, it helps things slip out a lot easier!!! NO cramping, no problem!

It's fairly commmon in P1. In addition to the above 2 suggestions, some like the herbal laxative teas that are available as well. It gets better in P2 with more fruits and whole grains.
