I think the book says a minimum value for beans, not a max. You can have as much as you need to feel full (off of the approved list, that is).

Great job and keep it up!! :)

I'm only seeing that you ate 1/2c of beans, and you can have 1/3-1/2c of beans.

And that measure is a single serving and you are allowed a couple (several?) servings a day, just not at one sitting! ;) I don't know they are unlimited though. You shouldn't get all your veggies from beans. Veggies have a minimum. Beans are still a calorie dense type of veggie. They can account for part of your minimum veggie allowance (I think 1 cup a day is a good number but just my opinion not really based on anything) but should not account for all of your veggies. Again moderation, balance and variety are all good principles! ;)

If anything your menu looks a bit light on veggies in general and perhaps on good fats. Not sure what SF/FF nut butter is? how can it be a nut butter and be oil free? It's the good fats in nuts that are part of their healthfulness.

how did you feel other than like you maybe ate too much (which you didn't!)? that's usually a good indication of how it went! ;)
