Hi everyone,
I started South Beach and completed phase 1, then went on a cruise. Needless to say I got back on phase 1 when i returned and was able to lose what I had gained. This weekend unfortunately I had some plans and I fell off the wagon with a few pasta dishes and the scale said i gained 2.5 pounds. Can you gain that weight back for a few bad meals? Do i need to continue on phase one again for the full 2 weeks, or do i have to wait until i drop that 2.5 pounds and then move to phase 2? Thank you! |

I'd just keep on going.
It is possible to gain some weight back, but remember, your weight can fluctuate depending on the time of day, month, whatever. |
