Ok, so I was about 30-35 lbs overweight. I started SBD 6 days ago, and now am only 20-25 lbs overweight :D !! yay
So here's the thing...I have BIG boobs. I hate them!! DD's on a 5' 1" girl...it just looks weird:) and they're annoying.
So, to those of you who are/were in the same boat as me, did your breasts shrink any??...I am hoping that some of it is fat. I doubt it, I think it's genentic, but I really hope it's fat that plagues my boobs, not genetics. lol |

My boobs havent really shrunk my cup size got smaller but only because I was so fat I needed the bigger cup size to help with the other size. Hard to explain.
My chest has gotten smaller but boobs didnt shrink yet. I dont think they will or heres to at least hoping they dont. In pictures at least I have not seen a reduction in boob size and my husband assures me they are the same :D
I've lost 68 lbs. still very far from goal.
Oh I should add that when my mom lost her weight, her boobs got a lot smaller. So yea I think its going to depend on the person. |

Really? Well, next time I see my doctor, I'll give it a shot. :)
I'm half way there, I'm on pain meds for my back. The skeletal specalist I saw wasn't sure what the pain was from, but x-rays showed it wasn't a break in the bome, so it must be a nerve or muscle...
...it might just work:)

Pixel: congrats on your 68lbs, that's great!! How long have you been on SBD??
and HelloLost: sorry about your boobs:( |

Yeah, I think it totally depends on the person. I expect you'll lose *some* from your chest- boobs are made of fat, after all!- but I think some of us are stuck with them no matter what.
I look at breast-reduction photos with envy sometimes, so I know your pain! :) |

i started at 178 with a 38D, and now , at 156, i'm somewhere between 36C-36D. So unfortunately for me, the boobs stayed the same, but the strap around got a bit smaller!
I feel your pain with the big chest thing... i've always wanted smaller ones! just think of them as your secret weapon

lol, well-- I hate them, but it does make my "less fortunate" friends jealous....so I guess I have something to be happy about. |

| When I started to work out intensely I lost ALOT of my boobs. I went from 38D to a barely C cup and that was a full D. I have seen a huge difference but not until the intense workouts started and that was a year after I started losing weight and was only 10 pounds heavier than I am now. Go figure. |
