Hello people, I love to cook so experimentation is obvious. I came up with this excellent dressing for a salad. Tastes awesome
Mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil in 3:1 portion i.e. 3 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil add 3 packets of splenda to this with a dash of water to mix the splenda. whisk it and your dressing is ready.
Pour over a spring mix (3 fists full) add shallots, chopped pistachios, cherry tomatoes and it tastes awesome.
Try it!!!
adjust the quantities of splenda, balsamic vinegar and olive oil to suit your taste. |

| Is that 2 packets of Splenda for 1 serving? I would really recommend cutting back and getting used to things not being so sweet. 3 Splenda packets is equal to the sweetness in 2 tablespoons of sugar! |

| It sounds pretty good, and spring mix is one of my favorites! A sprinkle of sesame' seeds might make it look extra appetizing. ;) |

Your dressing is a lot like the one I make!
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 packet splenda
lots of pepper
Pour over salad in large bowl and mix lightly.
This is enough for 2 - dh and me! |
