for my breakfast i love to make a chilli/sometimes with eggs meal..it goes something like this...

a couple of beans.....red kidney beans?....
a bit of fresh red pepper
a bit of onion
and a bit of tamato sauce..maybe 1-2 spoons.
and salt and pepper...
and a glass of V8 (on it's on of course)

once you mix it all together in a pan..it's delicious!....

what do you guys think?
PH 1 friendly?..what if you add in eggs?

The last two days I have made a sort of spinach omelette with 2 eggs, a bit of skim milk and spinach mixed and then in the microwave.
It is yummy and I don't even need to add salt.

Yes, all of those ingredients are P1 friendly. You need to check the tomato sauce you are using and make sure it is No Sugar Added, which means that there are no sugars in the ingrediets list. Hunt's makes one for example if you use a plain tomato sauce. If you use a flavored spagetti type sauce, you just need to read the labels closely. Classico makes a few "flavors" that work and some that don't for instance.

But you do need protein in there somewhere to add some balance. eggs or egg beaters/egg whites, lean meats, or cottage cheese would all work either in the pan or on the side. Please find the meal planning template linked into the FAQ sticky thread as it outlines how to put SB friendly meals and snacks together for each phase. The link to the food list would also likely be helpful.

Some dairy in the form of allowed milk or yogurt might be a good addition as well.
