Here I am again after about 5 months off the boards. I stopped using fitday again and pretty much took the winter off. I put on 5-10lbs over the winter months. It's time to take it off again. By mid-June I would like to be back down to 160lbs. This morning the digits appeared at 171.8lbs. That's not too bad considering that I was about 180 this time last year. I love fitday...I just looked back in the calendar and I started May 22nd at 181.5lbs. I was down to 165lbs on Aug 4th, so 16lbs in 2 months and a week. I was 160.8 on Sept 15th. It shouldn't be as hard this time since I'm at a better starting point.
Yesterday was my last half pint of Jim Beam for a long time to come. My jim beam and ginger-ales have been wreaking havoc with my health lately so it's time to give that a break. I'm also going to give up the Yukon Jack for awhile.
Time to read some other journals and see how everyone else has been doing since my hibernation.

Weighed in today: 170.9lbs
Yesterday's fitday:
Cal: 1681
Fat: 63
Carb: 133
Prot: 27
Lost almost a pound yesterday. I had breakfast this morning - that's new!
I cut back pretty good last night. 1 michelob ultra between jobs, 2 pabst blue ribbons and 2 michelob ultras after work.
B - 2 cups of coffee w/half&half and sugar, a bowl of total cranberry crunch w/1% milk 8:30am
1 pint of water so far
MS - nothing
2 pints of water so far
L - salad from supermarket salad bar 2:00 pm
3 pints of water so far
AS - nothing
S - broiled sirloin tips (half serving), french fries and coleslaw at 99 restaurant 7:00 pm
NS - couple of snicker miniatures
Work - 8 hours at office
Exercise - none
Libation - 2 12oz cans michelob ultra after work, 1 platinum margatrita and 24oz miller lite draft at 99 restaurant and 6 12oz cans of michelob ultra 6:00pm - 11:30pm

I intended on bringing my son to a japanese restaurant for hibachi steak and a salad. Instead we went to 99 restaurant and that was a huge mistake. I consumed 1500 calories, 74g of fat and 74 carbs during the hour I was there. Unbelievable...and I only ate half the sirloin tips. I took the other half home to use in a salad. I was weak and should have substituted the fries with a better choice but they are so damn good. Besides the margarita I had at 99 I was able to keep away from hard liquor for my second night in a row. My eyes are thanking me today.

| Lord i know that the hardest part for me is the drinking. I love a drink here and there especially now a drink sounds great, i want to walk to the bar and order my rum and coke.. maybe a rum and diet coke wouldnt hurt so bad... what do ya think>? lol.. yah yah yah i know its so tempting but i got to stay strong, only the third day of phase 1 |

Weighed in today: 169.4lbs
I had a busy weekend with work and play. I ate things I wasn't supposed to. I had pizza Sat afternoon. I ate breakfast Sun morning at a diner with a friend. Diner food is not diet friendly. That not being bad enough she had a container of meatballs and pasta for me to take home. I ate half last night after work and brought the other half for lunch today.
One a Day Men's Formula vitamin
B - 2 cups of coffee w/half&half and sugar, a bowl of total cranberry crunch w/1% milk 9:00am
1 pint of water so far
MS - nothing
2 pints of water so far
L - pasta and meatballs w/ a can of diet coke 2:00pm
AS - nothing
S - nothing (had to work and ate late lunch)
NS - 2 mini slim jims at work, peanuts and a mini slim jim after work
Work - 8 hours at office and 5 1/2 hours at package store
Exercise - none
Libation - 2 michelob ultras between jobs, 2 pabst, 2 michelob ultras, a nip of yukon and a half pint of bacardi red peach after work
