Hey guys,
I did wonderfully on my first week of P1 and lost 8lbs. However due to a series of unfortunate events i fell spectacularly off the wagon (well not that bad) but i did come off it and ate some pasta ad some sugar and then pizza. I had a nightmare at work and was not food prepared so here i am starting phase 1 again. Thankfully i've not gained my weight back but i do have cravings that i thought i'd sorted out :(
But hey, it's a way of life so its onwards and upwards and now i know what to expect and what to have prepared!
So come join me for moral support if you can guys! :D |

| hey you guys, I've been trying to get back on the wagon for about a week now. I had been doing well but then things got crazy at work and I had to plan a huge event. I started again this morning so I hope things go well. We can do this! |

| I guess I fell off too! I am restarting today as well - good luck everyone. This time I am going to be really careful starting p2 I think I just went too fast - added too much too soon. I did not gain anything but lost nothing and was on p2 for about 8 weeks. |

| I know p1 is not the weight loss phase but I really started eating anything and everything in the last week so cravings were all coming back so had to restart to get a fresh perspective - even read the book again. I don't like eggs for breakfast so I usually make up a mock danish and cook it at work (I get to work at 6:00 AM so I don't eat before leaving home) and bring a small can of tomato juice or something to go with it. |

I just started Monday too!
I feel so light and not bloated at all since I don't have a tummy full of pasta or bread. I'm pretty tired but nothing unbearable. I do want something sweet terribly though! Grrrr Only 2 weeks until I get some sweetness.
Good luck ladies. |

I like your idea. I've cheated and slipped up a couple times, and I'm just not fully motivated. I'm going to re-read the book, and get a fresh start tomorrow morning. I'll probably stop by the grocery store tonight, and fill the frige with healthy food, so I'm not as tempted by the junk. |

Megnliz - you are exactly where I am right now weight wise - with the same goal and the same start weight. I have never seen anyone who was that close to my goals and start weight. :D
Looking for an idea for breakfast tomorrow - was thinking of ff sf plain yogurt with some vanilla and splenda - I wonder how natural Peanut butter would taste with it. Hummm not too sure about that one.
Went shopping tonight and filled my fridge with fresh veggies and yogurt etc. Still motivated but really wanted some chocolate today for some reason just before supper. |

Glad to hear we're on the same page!! Let's make sure to keep eachother motivated!!
Yogurt sounds good. Has anyone tried adding vanilla extract to your plain yogurt?? I haven't tried it, but I'd like to buy some and give it a shot. It must taste like the real thing...right? |

| I started back on SB on Monday and I'm hoping I can jump in here with you guys! I did south beach a couple of years ago and lost about 30 lbs. More importantly, I felt better than I ever have and started seeing health issues correct themselves. Since then, I fell WAY off the wagon and really let myself go. I gained all of that weight back and then some. BUT I'm really looking forward to getting back in shape and staying that way this time. :D |

Day 3 has begun for me already since I'm across the pond! I'm not a happy camper today. I want some sugar or bread...something!!! I'm drinking water and cooking my breakfast.
I need my energy back! My house is starting to look frightening. |

| I'm trying this for the first time. I'm pretty sure that this is the answer for me since I am a carb addict literally! I've actually seen a professional therapist who diagnosed me with that. It's is the same as being addicted to alcohol or drugs but you can't live without food! Anyway, I'm nerveous but hopefully this is it for me. I have at least 80 pounds to lose. Wish me luck! :? |
