Shavua tov - so back to sanity...
Friday was disastrous, I was in school from morning to noon, rushing home too late and not having lunch ready... read: junk-lunch, afterwards afternoon-cake (taste the shabbos cake)
Dinner - soup, noodles, fish, meat, (NO rice - yey!) kugel, fruit-salat
Shabbos morning - cheese-cake (that I love madly) and shabbos cake
Shabbos lunch - mazza-kugel, salad, chicken-breast, fruit-salad
Shabbos afternoon - more of the afore mentioned shabbos cake
Seudat-Shlishit - Salad, fish, 2 eggs

The good things that I did:
I did not finish one whole whole-weat-challa but got three small challa-rolls - one for each meal
I did not finish the jerushalmi-kugel that hubby brought home from shul.
I did not finish the rest of the shabbos-cake BUT half of it was left over (rarely happened in the last 2 years, I would finish it almost alone....) and after shabbos it went immediately into the freezer to be out of sight and availability! Same goes for the noodles and the rice left overs, one can have them next week as well, it's all fresh!
I did try a bite of the sweets mil bought BUT found them tasteless and did not finish the piece I had bitten into but had it cut of and for the others that hubby offered me to taste, I cut of a tiny piece to TASTE and not more, the rest went back into the box.

On my way to the second week of dieting!

Coconut-sweets from Pessach BUT from a moroccan-bakery.... (ah, maybe you know - Eyni)
do you need more specifications? *making faces*
If I make coconut-macrons by myself, they are only half as sweet. I thought I might make some for Phase2-nosh with coconut-egg-white-sweetener only, that should work, right?
We did not buy the regular ones this year, because they are by now all full of potato-starch and for that I am not going to pay 40 Shekel! :evil:
Anyhow they were horribly sweet and disgusting and I think that I am healed for the time being - I have put them into a black plastic bag, something that always helps (don't see, don't crave :D ) and hopefully hubby will forget them as well.

Goal for this week - loose 400gr.
I am not very hopeful that it will be more but if I get to 94.0kg by Friday, I am happy!

I just checked my old journal - in Nov. 2007 I was at 93.5... ugh - these 800gr were hard to loose and it will be hard to loose them again!
Back to the slow weight-loss - the turtle does not run!

Friday was okay - I had quinoa for the first time in a month, some corn-fry and fried mushrooms with onions.
Leftover quinoa is for todays lunch.
Shabbos evening was okay as well - fish, some whole wheat bread (that is more suspicious than reliable but that is what the hotel serves instead of white rolls), turkey-breast and I did leave out the noodles! Some cake for dessert.
I have been worse....
Shabbos morning - cream cheese, cottage, djachnoon (don't ask - it's NOT recommended in any diet) coffee.
Shabbos lunch - fish, turkey-breast, dessert
Seuda Shlishit - Brokkoli, Fish, Corn-fry, coffee, cake

Oh please G-d, let this .... shmitta-year already end, I want my salads on a "hotel-shabbat" :roll:

(Weights are never recorded on Sundays! :wink:)

Now, Sunday morning packed for school:
- 1 yogurt, 15 almonds, 1 apple, skim milk - it's cold, so one can risk the milk products.

Breakfast was - Quark with Diet-fruitjam and flax-seeds.

After the weekend I am now at 94.6kg but that should be gone by tomorrow. I am not worried, I am very pleased with myself ... maybe I shouldn't... :?

olive oil
fry in pan and season with salt and pepper
add:
3 Tsp quinoa
Fish-patties 2

1 grapefruit

salad
2 slices of bread
1/2 tin of tuna
1 tsp tehina

S:
10 almonds
1 hard-no-sugar-candy

coffe:way too much - I am back into studies and boy's (and girls) its hard!
water: 2 liters - yep, I got two liters of mineral water, when I drink too much coffee I forget to drink water grrr...

nosh: ugh....
1 slice of leftover-shabbos-cake
2 rows of 72% dark chocolate (that's also leftover from pessach and they did not have no-sugar chocolate this year - also grrrr....)

plain and simple - I messed it up today!

Just a thought - after having read Maltaguy's comment about fast food, I realized that I have not been eating in Mc-Donalds for 15 or so years!
If I want fries - I make them at home, two servings, one for hubby, one for me, that's it!
My major problem are cakes and cookies in the afternoon when the sweet-craving around 3 p.m. set's in - fastfood was not kosher were I lived before and so it was off-limits, what a blessing!
