Some encouragement for any of those who need it! :)

Hey guys...any of those feeling a little discouraged/sick/blah...I was there too! Days 1 and 2 were tough for me because I wasn't feeling satisfied after my meals. it wasn't a hunger feeling but a feeling that I was missing something (bad carbs). days 3 and 4 were tough because I was feeling sick...kinda like the SBD flu but with tummy aches too (I learned it's because i wasn't getting enough protein/good carbs). so for day 5 I added beans into my menu and what do you know...it worked! I'm on day 6 and feel great!

To any who are feeling how I felt, hang in there, the craving start going away (I haven't craved anything I'm not supposed to have). Make sure you drinking milk and eating beans. Those are two things I hardly ever ate/drank on a daily basis, but they are a necessity! :)
