I have read alot about this lf laughing cow cheese and I am wondering how many triangles a day you can eat? I am just on my first day and trying to learn lots and put together a bigger grocery lost for my week!
Thanks.

I'm guessing two per day? You really have to see what works for you. Sometimes I just don't buy them altogether, because I can't always limit myself, they are so good and convenient lol .. but they make a great snack spread over a celery stick!

I'd say 2-4 cheese servings a day and see how that goes. But that's total cheese servings, so if you use others (like cottage cheese or sliced cheese elsewhere) then the wedges would be part of the total. The "official" answer is that as a protein source, cheese is unlimited, but there really are practical boundaries because it also contains saturated fats and is more calorie dense than other snacks and if in P1, is also a "binding" agent if you are having issues with regular BMs in P1.
