| After three weeks of phase 1 I decided to move onto phase 2. This morning I added a piece of ww toast w/ smart balance for breakfast. I feel AWFUL! :oops: WHY?? Is this a normal feeling? Yesterday I added a 1/2 ww pita pocket for lunch and the same old crappy feeling just like today. I feel bloated and fatter than ever. |

Maybe you have an issue with wheat?
Try some brown rice and some fruit tomorrow and see if you feel better. |

| Phase 2 is about experimenting with good carbs and every body reacts differently. If it makes you feel awful don't eat it and move on to try a different good carb. That is all you can do. Try fruit in the morning and the progress to carbs for lunch or dinner. Also make sure you eat veggies or fruit with the carbs to not alone. |
