Sunflower Seeds - plain, no salt. I like them on my salads
yes count them as part of your nut seed allowance. 3 tbsp per day is your full nut/seed allowance so adjust other nuts/seeds accordingly based on how much you use on your salad.
Refried Beans
yes if vegetarian or fat free. no in all phases if made with lard
Light Sour cream
yes. 2 tblsp serving size. It's considered a condiment, not dairy.
Crystal Light
yes. count the calories towards your sweet treat limit.
BTW, all of those are P1 foods on the P1 list. You didn't need to wait until P2 to add them in. Also a month into the plan you should have been in P2 for 2 weeks with already 1 fruit and 1 grain added back in. Those items above are not "add ins" just because you may have been avoiding them for some reason. You still need to be adding in fruits, and whole grains/starchy veggies or you are still not in P2. |
