:) For the first time I am joining any diet forum, ...but not for the first time I am trying to stick to my diet. However, every time i did try it did work so I really believe in SBD. The problem with me is I am not allowed to cheat AT ALL, otherwise my diet is going south.
This time I am trying different approach,...I am going to the gym, what hopefully would make me stick for longer. Keep finger crossed :D
I admire every big loser. My goal is to lose 10-15 lb. Will be happy to get there. |

| I am on my second time on SB. I go the gym 6 out of 7 days a week since I started, which was Thanksgiving. So far I lost 25 and 1/4 lbs, with 11 and 3/4 lbs to go. I think adding the gym to your SB diet is a great idea! |

| 6 out of 7 days in the gym. COOL!!! I wish I could do that. For many reasons I go only 3-4 times a week. Today is my 5th day on SBD. I feel great, and it's working... Soooo happy. Gongratulations on your 25lb lost. |

Thanks for the congrats! I really appreciate any support. I do believe in this diet, and I will stick with it.
3-4 dys in the gym is good. I think you just need to stick with whatever program you set for yourself.
I pulling for you! We can all succeed on this diet! Please keep us informed of your progress. |

| Yes, it is already one week on SBD...time flies...and 4lb less. It is good to see change on the scale. I have to admit I cheated a bit having an apple or dressing w/honey. I know those are not allowed in the 1st phase, but the rest of my food is OK. I eat a lot of sunflower seeds and hope they are not setting me back. What U think??? |

Congrats on your weight loss!
Yes, I think it is okay to eat an apple or dressing that contains honey once in a while. So long as the rest of your diet is good you will still lose fat at a good pace. I think everybody has to modify the diet to suit what works best for them.
I don't know about sunflower seeds. But I am sure there are experts in this website group who would be happy to help you with this.
I know we can succeed on this diet if we just stay with it and don't give up! |

| sunflower seeds are listed in the nut/seeds section of the P1 food list. I believe the allowance is 3 tblsp. per day. note that if you had 3 tblsp worth then you shouldn't have any nuts that day. There is not both a nut allowance and a seed allowance! ;) They are calorie dense so you may be consuming more calories than you think given their size! ;) But if it's working OK for you, then go with it. If it becomes an issue, monitor and adjust. |
