I am about to start the SB diet tomorrow. I hope all goes well, I am about 280 lbs and I would like to be down to about 150 lbs. I have a long way to go but just looking at some of your posts has been inspiring.

Good Luck!! I'm starting (again..) on 4/25,and my goals are about the same as yours.. I know it can work, just gotta keep going no matter what!! :)

days one and two were a wash. Starting fresh in the mornong. I went grocery shopping today to be prepared. I want this so bad i'm going to try really hard. I am going to keep a daily (hour/min) recird especially of the first couple of weeks. Thanks for all the encouragement

A good start so far. I had 3 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and gr. peppers and 2 slices of back(canadian) bacon. I was good and used a cooking spray but it was weird though not having toast. I hope the rest of the day goes as well.

Lunch went well, my salad was pretty good with all the veggies i put in it and the chicken i had was really good. i just bought a scale(bummer) weighed myself unfortunately weighed more than i thought. That's okay i'll get there.

It is almost the end of day three, I am finding it fairly difficult. I never realized how many carbs I ate. The main problem is that I have always craved fruit. I don't crave junk, chocolate or chips I only really crave fruit. Otherwise I am doing pretty good, I am going to weigh myself tomorrow. Hope all goes well.

the first few days on P1 were hard for me and I think everyone on these baords but it will pass and when you get to P2 you can have the fruit youre craving

I weighed myself today. I lost 6lbs. Yeah . Thanks for the encouragement pedrsn. This just keeps me wanting more. I am going to lose the weight and thats just it.

Thanks I needed that. I was feeling really down earlier and I spoke to my only friend who knows and she said just cheat a little if you need to and go back tomorrow. Thankfully that is what I needed to get back n track and not cheat. Thanks for the support bc not everyone else does.

Oh man I did not do well today. First I didn't eat breakfast before I went out so I ended up eating 1 breakfast burrito from Mc Donalds.(really great right). Then (or course I didn't stop there) I ate a gyro from a fry truck, that I only ate half of. By this time it was 1:30 in the afternoon and man did I feel crappy. Then I came home had a nap then had loin chops and steamed caulifower and a yogurt. Low and behold do I feel much better than I did this afternoon. Definitely taught me a lesson. Tomorrow is a new day.
