| New to t he forum and couldn't locate any info about Protein shakes. I started P1 last Friday and already lost 6 lbs. I'm not a huge fan of meat and getting burned out on eggs and chicken. Are shakes ok for this or any phase of the SBD? |

The opinions vary, but you need to check the ingredients for sure - many have non-SBD friendly ingredients.
