You can post in any of the forums. You have choices on the main page called: SB Diet Message Boards Forum Index. You just need to match the topic of your question to the appropriate forum.
Welcome and you really need to check out all the great recipe links on the Recipe and Food area of this board. |

Namaste' BT! If you are in phase 1 of this diet, then you should post questions there. That is where I am! :-D But you can post anywhere on this board you like.
If I'm not sure where to post, I generally just come to this section, like you did. :) |

If you look above the dark blue title bar near the top of the page you will see this text:
SB Diet Message Boards Forum Index -> South Beach Diet
The part about the forum index to the left of the arrow is actually a link you can click on that will take you to a list of all the sub forums that are here, SBD, P1 Discussion, P2 Discussion, SBD Experiences, etc. (Only a link at the top or bottom of the page, not in this post!) From that page you can click on any blue forum title and it will take you into that specific forum and you can see all the main topic/thread titles that currently exist there. Special announcements/information threads are "sticky" threads at the top which means they are always at the top even if no one has posted anything new to them. To get back to the main index page, click that blue link to the forum index at the top of any page you are on.
The part to the right of the arrow tells you which forum you are in. You can also click on that to take you to the main page for that forum where all the topics are listed.
The same text and links also exist at the bottom of every page, so if you scroll and read to the bottom, you don't have to scroll up to the top just to click on them and navigate away from the page you are on!
