In what phase can you begin to use them and are they a meal replacement?

def. not a meal replacement. The one's I've seen don't have much more than 200 calories, so I would say no on that.

As for what phase, I would say phase 2, even though they shouldn't be used on a daily basis, maybe a couple times a week, or in times of emergency.

They sell ones that are meal replacements but Im not sure about the info on them. DH eats them once in awhile I figure that its better than not eating at all. I really have to get on him about breakfast but once I find something he will do he usually will do it for awhile before stopping. Right now he micronukes eggs once he gets to work. For awhile I had him on the quiche cups then on boiled eggs... maybe we can repeat the cycle when he gets bored of the scrambled mirconukes lol.

The SBD bars and meal replacements are only for EMERGENCIES when you're unable to find "real" food, like while traveling, or sometimes after workingout and you can't have another snack.

They are for P2 and 3. I use the meal replacements sometimes in the Summer when I have to go to events with my husband and need to be at a park at 5 a.m. but I also have cheese and V8 and some celery sticks with peannut butter.

Thank you for your help. I am in PI and am having a hard time finding time to make breakfast during the week and thought this might be a good replacement. I will make the veggie quiche cups tonight and use those during the week.
