| I am still having headaches in P2. I normally do not have headaches but since I have been on this diet it has almost been constant. Any words of wisdom? I can't take most pain reliever because of an interaction with Bextra. Only suggestions? HELP |

Are you drinking enough water?
Is it a caffeine withdrawl? Maybe you could wean yourself off with caffeinated diet colas, then go down to no caffeine.
Can you explore natural remedies, like herbs or vitamins? |

| I drink a lot of water about 100 oz a day and haven't had a caffeine drink or otherwise in over 2 weeks. As far as a natural remedy-- I would be willing to try one just are unaware of any. Like I said I don't normally have headaches. |

I never had headaches before this diet, but had them P1. I thought it was caffiene withdrawal. Now, I'm on P2 and I tend to get them on really low carb days. So, I have some beans and the headache goes away. Adding whole wheat things makes me feel bloated so I stick with the beans.
