My title maybe worded oddly, but I'll explain.
The gym I have access to is not a great one. It has a weight bench, one for leg extensions, and a side for pecs/triceps. Nothing for calf raises. I am also too short to do any leg work on this machine, so I focus my leg work when I do cardio.
Does anyone know of any sites out there were you can take this into consideration and develop a more streamlined, personalized workout plan? I just do not have access to "fancy" equipment, nor can I afford to go to a paying gym that does. |

| Get the book "How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy" by Paul Chek. You'll need a stability ball and some dumbells and not much else. Maybe a broomstick or a step. |

Try www.womenshealthmag.com or www.menshealth.com or www.shape.com
Each magazine offers monthly plans that are available online to those that aren't subscribers. I think the womens/mens health websites are more accessible for nonsubscribers than shape.
Good luck! |
