Well today is day one. I bought the book last week and decided to read it over before i got down to business. I am 5'6 and weigh in at a horrible 190 pounds. gah! I have an overwhelming fear of never eating a baked potato again. I mean I LOVE BAKED POTATOES! oh well, im sure i will get over it. Its only 14 days of P1 right? right. so here is what I am eating today.

Breakfast 8:00
1 glass of green tea
2 boiled eggs
2 pieces of canadian bacon


snack 10:30
brocoli & cucumber pieces

Lunch 12:30
Grilled chicken salad with 1tsb of reduced fat Ranch dressing? (is that wrong?)- (by this time all i want is a Sub- god Im fat!)

Snack
1 low fat cheese string

supper 6:00
meatza pizza

Walk- 1 hour walk with the dogs....[/b]

Sounds like you are doing great to me...not sure about the salad dressing, but I think thats fine. What's Meatza Pizza? Sounds good. I started on May 4th and have lost around 10lbs...I weigh in tomorrow. I love this diet so far and after a few days my cravings for sugar pretty much vanished. It seems to be working well for me. I wish u all the best, keep in touch.

Thanks for Responding! I feel like I really need the support that you can get from this place. its awesome! I found the recipie for the Meatza pizza by typing it in on google. Its quite good actually- not as good as the real thing but close!

Well here it is day two, I already feel thinner- it must be because I have my mind so set on losing this weight. I have always been slightly overweight- but I never seemed to mind, untill last year when I went on a different form of Birth control and i packed on 50 pounds in like 3 months- it was crazy i was all the way up to 215!! So after I got off the bad birth contol, i have gradually come back down to 190. Its still sad though, how heavy i am compared to all my friends. Anyways enough of that heres my food for the day! * this is my plan anyways as it is only 10:00 am here right now!

Breakfast
1 boiled egg
2 pieces of canadian bacon
1 cup green tea


Snack
20 peanuts

Lunch
Grilled chicken salad
diet coke

snack
Celery and Brocoli pieces

supper
Steak and mixed veggies

Hello,
Our goals are the same, though I am only 5 feet. Drink lots of water-I think that helped me shed a lot of the weight. It got hard around Day 5, where I was depressed & mopey for a few days, but just kept going. Now I'm on Day 11, and feel great. I've weighed myself(unofficially) this morning and am down to 180, so keep with it.

Hey so Ive been reading in some other peoples journals and i am seeing that some people are getting sick! I don't want to get sick! i hate getting sick! Oh well, i guess i'll just have to live with it!

Well goodness its day three and I haven't slipped up once! I watched my boyfriend munch down on cheese twists and a mars bar while watching American idol last night. :evil: burn. I just thought to myself "Jill, your going to be soo skinny and gorgeous that he is going to wish that he was dieting with you!" sigh. I stepped on the scales this morning. It says that I am down 2 pounds which is really cool. Here is what is on the meal agenda for today:

Breakfast
Low fat cheese omlete
tea

Snack
Celery & low fat Ranch Dressing

Lunch
Mixed Veggies with low fat Ranch Dressing

Snack
N/A

Supper
Fiddleheads
steak
salad

You sound like you are doing great. I'm 5'6" and am 158. Are you drinking enough water? You haven't mentioned that much. Also, I started taking a multivitamin, a calcium supplement, and B complex. I can really tell the difference. Keep up the good work!!!

Gee I wish I weighed 158pds. Soon though I hope! Yeah Ive been chugging water like thats all there is. Ive never had to pee so much at work in all my life. I think my boss thinks theres something wrong with me! hee :)

please do not be affraid to post your starting weight.. i will tell you... seeing mine every day.. is a nice reminder.. and pushes me to work harder...

My Starting weight was 190. God i hate even to type it on this page.!! Oh well the good news is that I got on the scales this morning and I have lost 4 pounds!!! * I am so glad i didn't cheat last night!! :D

Ok Well here it is Day 4. Im so impressed with myself! Four pounds are gone already!! (Ive been working out a lot too so that probably helps!) I'm usually done with my diets by now, but now that i have seen some results its awesome. :D So here is my meal plan for today:

Breakfast
2 Scrambled egg whites
2 pieces of Cdn Bacon
tea & water

snack
NA -Forgot :(

Lunch
Chili-mmmm chili!
water

snack
mixed raw veggies with low fat ranch dip

supper
Grilled chicken with mixed cooked veggies

snack
sugar free fudgesicle

Well its the middle of the afternoon here where I am and boy oh boy do i ever have a wicked headache. I don't want to Work!! :cry: I feel like going home and going the hell to bed for the rest of the night.....

I dont know how your work ...works....but i know how much it sucks to be sick at work... and headaches are the worst!!
