Another day on the road with work... another day where I wasn't really hungry except b-fast and dinner... another day of feeling really tired after my workout--felt great getting out of bed-- another day of rain... LOL.. sorry, this is sounding depressing... just sick of rain, ready for vacation next week (well.. next saturday :lol: ) and for some reason this week i'm REALLY craving carbs.... sugar cravings are completely gone (yay!) but i'd kill for a good old fashioned burger-joint cheeseburger, and I don't even like burgers that much :P Could just be that I've been following SBD 80% since Nov so I haven't had them since then.. dunno... but I'm def. ready for Phase 2 and ready to see something move on the darn scale.
ok.. off my soapbox and on to the purpose of this journal :D

Exercise- 20 Mins jogging 4.5 mph on treadmill incline of 1 and 20 minutes of interval training on the eliptical

PWOS- Yougart

B- 2 eggs w/ cheese and last flax seed muffin forgot to drink my V8

no lunch or snacks... off to work and not really hungry
did have some cottage cheese while fixing dinner
D- taco salad (YAY!!!) yumm

Dessert- Mock PB Cup "Ice Cream"

Water- 5 bottles

Weight- 163 as usual :?

Much better start to my day today :lol: Got up saw a "new" # on the scale... ate my snack, left to go running and DH comes home from work as I'm leaving and I managed to talk him into jogging with me.. so needless to say, i had a GREAT run... ate good b-fast... then lunch was a bit "bad"... dinner was hard.. stressed from work and need to do both housework and work tonight and just wanted to eat something quick and easy.. but I behaved while I watched DH eat pizza from domino's that I had to order :evil: on with the day :)

Exercise- 3 miles in 42 mins (fastest time yet) jogging most of the way

PWOS- yougart

B- 2 eggs w/ cheese V8

S- cheese stick (only ate half)

L- hamburger w/ ketchup, mayo and lettuce (BAD, BAD-- tried to go to Olive Garden for a yummy salad, but the lady I was training and taking out to lunch today didn't feel like waiting the 20 mins, so my options were chinese buffett or 5 Guys Burgers and Fries, I'd never been.. didn't expect it to be fast food type of place w/ NO salads or healthy food.. just got the burger.. no fries... didn't eat part of the bun--- remember, i've been craving burgers for a few days... need satisfied :o )

S- Cottage Cheese

D- Taco Salad (yay.. not pizza like DH had)

Dessert- Mock PB Ice Cream

Water- 4 bottles

Weight- 162/161.5 (got both weights this am LOL) yay!!!!!! maybe this means I've broken through this stall and will start loosing again FINALLY!

Thanks Luvs_torun!!!!! It's good to hear YAY from someone... DH just fussed cause I didn't run the WHOLE time LOL.

Yesterday I figured out why I've been craving carbs... "Auntie" decided to visit :P ... I'm much better now, just crampy and yuck and grumpy.. which isn't helped by the fact that DH is taking a off road trip in MY Jeep this weekend, that I was SUPPOSED to go on with some friends, but it turned into a trip with the inlaws (which we will be on vacation with next week) and not with my friends, so I decided to get caught up on some work before being gone for a week.. and low and behold DH is STILL GOING :twisted: :twisted: I have major anger issues about this, but DH doesn't get it :roll: oh well.. at least I get a weekend without him around. I'm thinking a good bought of clothes shopping might do me some good :lol:
So here's my day yesterday:

Exercise- none... day off today after yesterdays GREAT run

B- 2 eggs w/ cheese, V8

L- hamburger again... different place, but I found an old childhood local chain that I haven't been to since I was probably 8 and didn't think existed anymore... I HAD to go in. My craving for burgers is now gone though :lol:

S- Mock PB Ice Cream

D- Chicken Breast w/ crushed tomatoes and garlic over spagetti squash

Water- about 3-4 bottles

Weight 162 8) in this way i LOVE TOM as I always seem to loose weight around that time... I think I retain it the week before (hence no loss last week) and then it dropps off once that hits.

Another beautiful day on the beach down... almost done with P1.. althought I might stay here another week as the week after (next Saturday) I'm going on Vacation for a week and will be eating "worse".. then again, maybe I'll go ahead and start P2 so I can get my body used to the carbs.. haven't decided yet, we'll see.,... either way, I'm only planning a little indulgence.. good thing is I'm going on vacation at Walt Disney World so I know what to expect (trip #6) and I know they can always adapt the menu to include sugar free items 8) Another travel day, so no bad eating, but no snacks either :? Oh well.. at least I didn't eat bad today.

Exercise- jog/walk 3 miles

PWOS- Yougart

B- Flaxseed Pancakes (what do flax seeds count as.. are these unlimited.. i LOVE all the recipies on the boards here) yumm.. I'm going to add these to my usual b-fast a few times a week... can't wait to have them again

L- Salad from Olive Garden. I need to have more food for lunch, but I ordered (and pd $15 for!!!!!!!! :evil: ) the Salamon, but it was WAY over cooked and I just couldn't eat it... Salad was filling, but I know it was nutritious since it was just iceberg lettuce w/ onions and salad dressing. I also had 1/2 a breadstick (i know, I know)

D- taco salad

Dessert/snack- Mock PB Icecream.

Anyone know anywhere that I can find some sugar free soft serve ice cream?? I usually go to Cold Stone for my ice cream fixes (love the Sinless Sweet Cream) about once a month.. but all their ice cream is the "hard" kind and I really want some soft serve that's SF.. I'll have to see what I can find.

Weight- 162 and holding strong... 2 pounds to go by next Saturday to meet my first goal... I think I might be able to make it :x

Another day down... another great day on the Beach 8) I wore shorts today for the first time in YEARS! and it's all thanks to the running.. my legs are nowhere near what I would like them to be, but they have improved greatly, so I dedicded to wear shorts (I acutally own 2 pairs) I need to get to Old Navy and get a couple pair of shorts/capris for our trip to Disney next week,.. I went through my summer clothes last night and discovered that I have about 4 pr of capris.. perfect for "Life" around here.. but not for 6 days of heat in orlando next week.... hmm.. shopping sounds fun :lol: I got my first pair of contacts today.. that was interesting... all day i felt like my eyes were off.. and my allergies were kicking in, so I wore them most of the afternoon and am going to try them again and see how everything goes.

Exercise- jogging most of 3 miles in under 40 mins.-- no huby to push me on this run so I didn't go as fast :P Also shampooed the carpets last night.. does that count as exercise LOL

PWOS- Chili w/ cheese

B- Flaxseed Pancakes w/ a little SF syrup; V8

S- Cheese stick

L- Flatbread salad from Quiznos- didn't eat the flatbread

D- Salamon w/ broccoli and cauliflour

Dessert- Mock PB Ice Cream

Water- 4-5 bottles

Weight- 161.5 :D

Ok.. so after a week of vacation (where I DIDN'T eat good :x ) and a week to get back into the swing of things (where I did modified P1/2 until this weekend where I ate bad again :oops: ) I managed to put back on about 6 pounds on vacation... got off 3.5 of it last week.. gained back another.5 yesterday... so now I'm back on P1 and sticking to it this week. We've pushed up our 5K run from Jan to Sept :D :lol: and are still doing a 5k in Jan plus my ulitmate goal is to run a 1/2 marathon in March of 09.. if I have enough Points left in my timeshare at Disney left to get me down there for a long weekend to run in the 1/2... if not, then I'm still going to work towards that and we'll see. Got back to running last week after a weekend off after Disney (I did run during vacation, but I think I overdid it with all the walking daily plus the 2.5-3 mile runs in the morning) and yesterday did my first 25 min straight run.. I could tell when I'd passed that previous 20 min run mark and the last 4-5 mins was tough... I have 3 days of 25 min runs this week, as well as back into Kickboxing 2 days a week (YAY!!!) I hope to be finished with C25K mid June so I can start training for 1/2 marathon after that.

on with the food :) figured I'd do this morning's food and planned for the rest of the day (i have to go to the grocery store today) and I'll edit this later if anything changes

PWOS- Yougart with a little Kashi Go Lean cereal to get me through 90 mins of Kickboxing (REALLY kicked my buns :) )

B- V8 and flaxseed pancakes w/ cream cheese "icing" and SF syrup

S- Cheese stick

L- Chili w/ salad (??-- no salad here, depends on when I get to the store)

S- Turkey roll=up?

D- Pork Chops w/ broccoli and Cauliflower

Dessert- maybe Mock PB Ice Cream-- although I don't think I can have the PB after having the flax seed meal???

So far- 2 bottles of water
