Phase one is over, and I lost 4.5 lbs! What an achievement (for me). On other diets, even crash diets I'd lose like 1-2 lbs. a week, and now I lost even more. I just felt like sharing the good news with you..

Now about phase 2, how many fruits are allowed per day?

you work up to 2-3 fruits plus 2-3 grains/starchy veggies per day. best to add 1 thing for the first 5-7 days, so 1 serving of fruit in addition to your normal P1 menu. pair it with a protein and/or fats to help slow digestion and blood sugar spikes. berries are a good low GI first choice fruit to add back in.
