I recommend a weighted hula hoop. I purchased one at my gym last year. I did it almost every day for 20 to 30 min... gave me lines in my abs, I never had before!
I gotta say, I just recently went back on sbd cause I had gained some weight...but my lines are still there!
Get out and hula hoop people! its fun and makes you feel like a kid again!
I usually blast a cd and sing along while I do it... I have fun but my kids hate it!! LOLOLOL |
