I found this recipe on the board
2 cups non-fat milk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup Splenda or other sweetener
1/4 cup unsweet cocoa
3/4 cup fat free or low fat Ricotta
First, what phase is it good for?
Second...do you think the ingredients are correct? That seems like a lot of splenda and cocoa...
Thanks! |

That recipe is for all phases. The amounts look fine to me, except people have different taste, so I suggest you start by adding less Splenda and taste it, if it needs more then add more. 1/4 cup of cocoa ppwder is not too much, again, maybe start with less cocoa powder. 1/4 cup is = 4 Tbs.
Another options is to cut all the ingredients in half and try it if you enjoy it, then next time make the entire recipe.

| Thanks! I did cut all of the ingredients in half to cut down on the milk servings...it just seemed like a lot of sweetener when I was measuring out the splenda so I didn't use that much! |
