i have a question..
i got real hardcore with south beach again, the only thing i incorporated from phase 2 was oatmeal. the rest of the meals i followed phase 1. the weight was coming off like normal. probably a pound every other day. 5 total since i went back to phase 1. then i started incorporating running this past week and my weight has been the same for the past 4-5 days now????
exercise wasnt too new, i do yoga for almost 2 hours every sunday and i have resistance bands. i wanted to add cardio to help the weight fall off faster, but it has just made it the same.
any suggestions?

You are not going to lose a pound of fat every other day. A pound of fat per week would be a more realistic pace, and that's a best-case scenario unless you are very overweight. It may take some time for your body to adjust again and start losing weight, or you may need to rework your food in light of the change in exercise.

the diet wasn't designed to stay on Phase 1 for more than the 2 weeks...between staying on Phase 1 and the running, your body may be holding on to the pounds for dear life...re-read your book on Phase 2 living...adding oatmeal at breakfast may not be enough to 'truly' be in Phase 2. oldpjams is right, a pound a week is more realistic and is what you should lose if you are truly on Phase 2.

It's hard, but you've got to get past the idea that staying Phase 1 will keep the rapid weight loss going...
