It's my first week on the diet and I went out for dinner. I was at denny's and ordered a burger without a bun but when I asked for a side of veggies or a salad they said they don't serve them after 10 so my other option was vegetable rice pilaf. I know rice is off limits the first week so now what do I do? I ate it and I feel horrible!

You should just move onward. Many of us slip along the way but the recommendation on these boards is just to continue. Dont worry, youll still lose weight and feel good if you continue on.
Good luck! |

see above. It's a longevity based program, not a perfection based program. just don't use it as an excuse to go further off track. limit the damage and move on.

What do you usually do when you accidentally drop your cell phone to the ground? First reaction is to be shocked and horrified that it might have been damaged ... but usually you pick it back up and everything is ok ... so when something like this happens .. just pick yourself up and keep moving forward :-)

Thanks for posting this, I've cheated too but don't feel so bad now, and the guilt makes me work even harder at it. :) We can do this! :D
