im on day 4 of p2 now and im getting really frustrated..i need to lose my belly and i will be the happiest person alive..the problem is im losing everything BUT my belly..i fit into old pants and skirts but my lower body has never been a problem for me (i wish i had more meat there lol
)...why am i not losing in my problem area???? |

In my experience, you first loose in the areas where you started gaining last (and therefore the last place you loose the weight is where you very 1st started to gain it).
Sounds like you're loosing in the other areas, becuase that is where you last gained at.
As long as you keep working at this, your tummy will shrink eventually.... just give it time and keep working at it! |

to be honest i have not really exercised during p1 only because i felt dizzy and stuff a lot b/c im guilty of not eating enough veggies and good carbs to get energy :( but i have started running on the treadmill again so hopefully that will help |
