Can I assume (in moderation) that South Beach pre-packaged foods out of the freezer are okay in phase 2? This would be ideal for my work lunches.

I would suggest for EMERGENCIES only.
In addition, you would have to suplement at least the veggies for the meal as there are not enough veggies in them.
i've been on the beach nearly 2 years (May 1) and I've never had one.
that's what leftovers are for. |

| Yeah, they were designed for "in a pinch," not as a regular part of the plan. |

| Eat real food-- a good SB snack is an apple with peanut butter, or an orange and a cheese stick, or a bunch of cherry tomatoes with cottage cheese. Not cookies, no matter what kind of packaging they're in. |

Chips should be avoided, along with most of your other weaknesses, right? If you can stick to the serving size on the box and eat them in a good combo like my other examples, you could try Triscuit Thin Crisps (p2, of course). |
