Kimborini: congrats on finishing Stats! Way to go!

I weighed in at 173.375 pounds today.
That puts me over 30 pounds total weight loss since Thanksgiving!
Thanks to everyone for their support in helping me reach this milestone!
I am now eat a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and lean protein, and I exercise 30 minutes daily.
I am eating fish now too, and I actually enjoy it!
Quitting diet soda has been great! I was consuming way way too much every day.
Here is my graph. It looks great and I am on target to reach my goal of 167 pounds by Labor Day!

The scale moved up 1 pound last week:



I have stuck to my diet and exercise program. I added interval training to my exercise routine last week and it is a great way to boost my heart rate during exercise! I know I am living a healthy lifestyle and I will just be patient and wait for the scale to show a loss.

I went on a business trip last week and fell off the diet and exercise program. Way off.
Since returning I have gotten back on the diet, and I restarted my exercise program today.
Just when I thought I was back on track, I went to my work cafeteria for lunch today, and they replaced the salad bar with premade salads drenched with dressing! There was very little choice for food at the cafeteria, and I had to go off the diet again. Tomorrow I will have to look for a new place for lunch.
It is very hard to stay on this diet when on business trips or at certain restaurants. However, I will work to make the best of the situation. I am resolved to get back on the diet and exercise program and stick with it.
I know I can do it!

Last night and today I have stuck to the diet and exercise program. Let's see how many days like this I can string together!
I know I can make it!
If anyone has any suggestions on what to do when on a business trip please let me know. I have to go on another one in a couple of weeks. Thanks!

Today I weigh 172.25! I lost 31.75 pounds since Thanksgiving, and am only 5.25 pounds away from my goal!
The last two days I stuck strictly to the diet, and I even gave up dessert the last two nights. For lunch I found a place that serves caesar salad with grilled chicken and dressing on the side. Perfect!
I have done vigorous workouts at the gym the past three days, which a follows a week of no exercise.
Returning to the program has worked, and I am on target to reach my goal by Labor Day.

Here is my latest graph. My weight went up when I went off the diet, but now it has come back down. I am determined to keep on the SB diet and exercise program and reach my goal!

I now weigh 170.5 pounds.
I lost 33.5 pounds on the SB diet and exercise plan since Thanksgiving.
I am only 3.5 pounds away from my goal!
I am on target to reach my goal by Labor Day.
I know I can do it! Thanks to all!

I weighed in at 169.75 pounds today!
I am amazed that my 5 day business travel with no exercise and poor eating did not slow down my weight loss. I did my best when I was away, and I got straight back to the program when I returned, and I am sure these things helped alot.
Dropping below 170 is a great milestone!
I have lost 34.25 pounds since Thanksgiving, and I need to lose 2.75 pounds more to reach my goal!
I am on target to reach my goal by Labor Day!

Thank you, Nessa! You have been a great inspiration for me!

Here are the things I had while on my business trip that I shouldn't have had:
on the airplane: 1 granola bar snack
at the first breakfast: i had a bowl of yogurt, and it was full of sugar
at every breakfast: eggs were served in a sandwich wrap and I ate the bread every time
at every lunch: lunch was always served as a sandwich and I ate the bread every time
at the last night banquet: 1 slice of cheesecake, 4 glasses of white wine
the morning after: two granola bars, then an egg and cheese sandwich at the airport.
But, on the positive side, I otherwise resisted temptation. For example, every night while everyone was drinking beer, I had diet soda. People teased me a little bit for this, but I held firm until the last night.
I also got straight back on the diet when I returned home. This was very hard, because my cravings for carbs was VERY intense. I did eat a few too many cashews when I first got home off the airplane, but that has been my only cheat since returning last week.
It is great to get all of the support from people at this forum. You all keep me motivated and I thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reached my goal weight today! I weighed in at 166.5 pounds, one-half pound lower than my goal weight! I have decided to continue on phase two, setting a new goal weight at 160 pounds, and a new target date of Thanksgiving 2008.
My weight today is well below the trend line, suggesting that my weight might rebound higher in the next week or two.

I changed my morning breakfast, adding a good carb to my daily diet. The last three days I have had the following breakfast:

1 egg cooked with 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal with 1/4 cup soy milk
Coffee with splash of soy milk

I am very pleased that I have been able to add an additional good carb to my daily diet, and Fiber One tastes great!

I also changed my exercise routine, substituting 45 minutes of cardio-max aerobics for 30 minutes on the exercise bike. I use 10 pound dumpbells during the aerobics to work out my upper body and max out my workout.

Today I weighed in at 166 pounds, and I am on target to reach 160 pounds by Thanksgiving!
