Help!!!! New to the SB Diet and starting on Monday

Hello everyone,
I will start the diet on Monday and I am trying to plan my meal, I don't like cold cheese (the only way I can eat it is melted) and I don't like vegetable juice or V8, what can I substitute this food and drink with (for my breakfast)? :D

Welcome!
You don't have to follow the menu plan, print the List of Foods to enjoy and make your menus from there.
You can always melt your cheese, like use to top meats or veggies, no problem there. You can use any cheese that has 6 or less g of total fat.
Lot's of choices there.

Don't like V8? no problem. then you need to eat at least 1/2 cup of veggies for breakfast, any veggie is fine, leftover veggies from dinner, some refried beans with salsa, stir-fry onions and peppers, veggie quiche, etc, etc.
