So, I have found that my taste buds are totally changing. I never liked avocados or olives, but I love them now. Also Brocilli! Before, I would eat it but not really like it (or be able to spell it!!! LOL)
So what have you all discovered that you like now.

My tastes are changing too. I guess because of the lack of sugar? Anyway, I'm liking things that are more tart now (though still not overly tart). I had some red wine last night and for the first time ever I enjoyed it. I'm also liking the taste of real food. Lol, sounds weird, but it's good compared to boxed meals! It's kinda nice too that when you DO have something you've been wanting for a long time that it tastes amazing instead of everyday ordinary. Loving this!

Mostly mine are more how flavorless a lot of the foods I used to eat are now. white pasta, white potatoes, white rolls, white flour pancakes all seem very blah and "why bother" when the whole grain versions and sweet potatoes have so much more flavor. dried apricots are like candy to me now as well. I just taste more of the actual foods and am far more sensitive to added salts and sugars in terms of tasting them. celery is very salty to me for instance as it has a lot of natural sodium. just stuff like that.

I dont have the white to wheat thing because Ive been eating wheat of everything for years, too bad it was wheat blend and I never realized the difference :/ Oh well it was still only a minor change for me. Though everyone looks at me funny when I tell them that white stuff tastes like bleach.

All Natural Peanut Butter- LOVE IT! pre-SBD days I thought it was the grossest thing on earth and ate Jif. now it is just the opposite. I cannot stomach Jif.

Also I found that my body cannot handle many of the foods I used to eat before starting this WOE. When I have treated myself and gone out with my DH for dinner, I feel sick the next day. Carb overload and too much of the wrong foods. It is almost like my body is rejecting it.

Water- Enjoyed it before but used to wonder why I had so many non-specific headaches...... just felt BLAH! I know now..... If I don't have my 64 oz plus, I get those headaches back again.

Just my own personal experience.

Sugar. I'm like a sugar geiger counter. I can find hidden sugar in a heartbeat just from taste. I went out to lunch with friends and had an Italian salad with the olives. I took one bite and knew there was some sugar in the Italian dressing.

Truth. I can taste the same thing now in a lot of foods, or even tea that I didn't think was sweet before, now it is just super sweet.
