Saturday April 5th was the end of the 5th week of my new eating habits.
Starting weight was 251 lbs.
at this moment in time my weight is 226 lbs.
A loss of 25 lbs.
My goal was to reach 200 and use 205 as bench mark.
My new goal is 190 lbs and stay that way with no bench marks.
Will post pic's in the next 2-3 weeks hopefully. |

Fantastic!!! Are you male or female...just curious is all! I covet the fact that you've lost so many lbs already as I just completed 5 weeks and my losses aren't as wonderful as yours.
Before anyone jumps on this...yes I know we're all individual...I'm just a bit impatient is all! :) |

Way to GO! That is awesome!
FWIW, it took me probably 4-5 MONTHS to lose the 1st 25 lbs... but then again, I started right before the holidays... and I have a slow metabolism... |
