Today is the end of week 4..well I should say it's really the end of week 2 of Phase 2. I had weigh-in this morning and was SO nervous (old tapes of my up and down yo-yo effect of being insulin resistant). BUT I lost another 1/2 lb. \o/ This is the first time I've had successive losses but yet I'm guardedly happy.
Not sure if I'm slowing down with my losses or what. Can anyone tell me if this is common?? I've had a total loss of about 9 lbs now. First weigh-in was 6 lbs...second was 2 1/2 lbs! I'm a little nervous to say the least!
Should I be doing something different with my foods? My exercise??? I only added one thing to my plan at each of the two weeks! First was oatmeal for breakfast then a fruit the 2nd week. |
