I guess I should introduce myself a little, I'm Ariella, I'm 5'10" and I weight about 183lbs. This is my highest ever in my entire life, thanks to all the binge and comfort eating that I have been doing for the last half a year since I moved to Hungary for school.
I have always been skinny and now looking in the mirror I'm just beginning to hate myself for it. I have tried dieting in the half-year process but end up with my weight yo-yoing to a point that I'm really not happy anymore.
I have severe patella-femoral syndrome that does not allow me to gain weight because it's simly too hard on my knees. I'm slowly killing my liver because of the painkillers and the NSAIDs that I take and I'm always bloated. I realized that if I don't do something about it, I'm going to crash one day and I really want to marry my fiance and realizd I really needed to change. His sister is having a wedding at the end of June and I'm one of the bridemaid, and I really wanna look good at the wedding.
Anyways, enough about me, I guess, I'm going to stick it to this one.
I need all the support I can get cuz I am all alone in a foreign country!
