And it's pouring rain, lightning outside!
I spent all last week planning and preparing to start. I collected a bunch of recipes and made a menu for all meals this entire week, including snacks. I put all the recipes in a 3-ring binder according to Phase, then in Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack categories. (I'll be adding a Dessert category, of course! :wink: ). I had my dd take pictures of me this morning. I am so motivated! I've been reading these boards, which are very helpful. :o
When I did this 4 yrs. ago, I didn't last long because I wasn't prepared like I am now. I didn't have any recipes, just a few, and it got very boring. My pantry and frig/freezer are now stocked with P1 foods/ingredients, ready to go.
I have a whopping headache right now, which I knew would happen, so I'm prepared for that, too!
I'll be posting as time goes on, I'm sure my enthusiasm will wane and I will definitely need your support.
