Hello Everyone,
 I am a newbie on here. I am currently 265 and I would like to see 150 one day. I refuse to buy clothes because I don't want to get used to the idea of going up. I need all the support that I can get. I heard about south beach from friends and I have tried numerous other diets so I hope this works. This is my last stop before surgery. |

You'll find a lot of support and really useful information on here! I recommend the sticky posts and the before and after pictures which are a true inspiration!
Keep us updated on your progress!
Good luck! |

| Is this intended to be your personal journal or would it be more appropriate in another forum here? just curious cuz I would rather move it into an appropriate forum if it was not intended to be your personal journal. TIA for your guidance! :) |

Well to create a journal, just create a New Topic when you are in the "Your Diet Journal" forum like you are now. Whatever "subject" you use for your post becomes the "title" for your journal. Then when you want to add to it, find it on the page (s) and open it and reply to it to keep all your journal entries together.
As far as the other forums go, just try to pick the one that makes the most sense. P1 questions/comments in the P1 forum, P2 questions/comment in the P2 forum, Exercise related stuff in the Exercise and Fitness forum, recipe related stuff in the Recipe and Food forum and so forth. It's not that big a deal, I can (and do) move stuff around to more appropriate forums when I see the need. I just have a harder time figuring out journals since an intro post in a journal is often similar to an intro post elsewhere and I don't like to mess with people's journals too much as I consider it more their private space. (although it's still very public so be mindful of what you do post in it!)
P.S. Pics can go in the Diet Photos - Before and After forum! ;) |
