Tomorrow I begin week #2 with Phase 2, just to give you a reference of where I am in this journey.
Today I had "weigh-in" at my gym and I've lost 8 1/2lbs!!! This is a HUGE victory for me as I haven't consistently lost in any other program in I can't remember how long. This due to being "INSULIN RESISTANT" (capitals for emphasis, not shouting!) :D I am hoping that the consistancy will continue!! I've deviated very little (though today I did a bit but will get right back "on the horse", so to speak)!! After all it (S.B.)will be a way of life for me and "not" a diet!!!
I'm so thankful for the helpful suggestions on this site!!!

Hey...... 8 1/2 pounds is awesome!

Eating right and exercising should definitely help with your insulin resistance.
You're right.... just be consistent (you don't have to be perfect!) :D ...

again.... great job!
