too much what? too much food? too much cheese?

i'd dump the sugar free coffeemate. go with fat free half and half and use sugar free hazelnut syrup.

fine.. .might want to add some veggies...

where did you find low fat mozzarella balls? I've only ever found the full fat ones... DH loves them sadly. I think that's a lot of cheese to be honest. I use cheese as a condiment only not as my main protein. 2 tbsp of olive oil is double the suggested amount.

looks ok.. might be light on veggies here

well i see no beans, you might be light on veggies at dinner i see no fruit, i see no grains or starches so i'm not sure why you are calling this phase 1.5... you should have at least one grain/starch and one fruit daily by now for that....

what good fat did you have with dinner???

Maybe the yogurt is what the OP is referring to as their p2 food? I wouldn't count that as transitioning.

In the south beach diet book on pg 122, as a snack on one of the meal plans, it says fresh mozzarella cheese balls so I thought it was ok. I never knew they were full of fat! As for dinner, you are definitely right, I should up the veggies a little more and add beans and I didn't have any good fat with dinner. Thanks for the feedback! :)

look for part skim mozzarella. that might work. basic rule of thumb for all cheeses is 6 gms or les of total fat per 1 ounce serving. If the one you are using is in that range it's fine. if not, you can eat less than a 1 oz serving or feed them to other people! ;) some of those I've seen are mixed with olive oil which is a good fat, but probably also shoots the fat content up.

With regards to the mozz balls, I sort of cheated, I guess. I took the Sargento low-fat string cheese and cut them up and sort of squished them a bit. That way, I knew exactly how much of one I was eating.
