These are called Thai Rice Noodles. They are 180 calories per 2 ozserv, 0.5 g fat, 1 g fiber and 0.0 sugar.
But if this a problem on Phase 2, I can probably use Shirataki noodles, which I love. I don't believe they count as anything!!! |
