Classes at your gym

Do any of you participate in the classes offered at your gym? I have been paying for a gym membership for... years... and was really only using the machines and sometimes a little weight lifting. About three months ago, I started going to three different classes and I cannot believe! the difference in my body.

The bottom line is really that I didnt really know how to work out that efficiently, and I have never pushed my body when I was alone at the gym.

I do a full-body free weights class 2-3 times a week, and 3 times a week of cardio- 2 kick boxing and 1 cycling.

Just wanted to send out some encouragement- dont be scared or embarrassed because there are new people every time and I for one think that it is totally a great motivator and a great work out!
